Where do we see clients?
At home, work, the gym, pool, or wherever they are trying to function better.
How far will we travel to see clients?
Normally anywhere within a 25 km radius of the Melbourne CBD; however, our therapists will travel further by arrangement.
Why have Physiotherapy at home, work etc?
Providing Physiotherapy input and rehabilitation in a location where clients wants to function better, eg at home or at work, is often the most appropriate and effective setting for rehabilitation to occur.
Not only that, providing rehabilitation in a client's own environment ensures they are comfortable, creating the optimal setting for therapy and education, as well as making sure distance is not a barrier to expert input.
However, we will always refer on if a client's needs are best suited to an office or centre based service.
Can you see me if I am supported by the NDIS?
Anthony Hotchin Physiotherapy is a Registered NDIS Provider and can provide services funded through the NDIS.
Can we see you if you have a Home Care Package ?
Yes we can - Depending on your package level and the other supports you receive, we can discuss with you and your case manager whether the package has sufficient funds to cover Physiotherapy and if so, organise a service agreement between us and your HCP. If there aren't enough funds, we can talk to you about seeing us privately.

Do we charge for travel?
Fees are set to allow for travel within a 25km radius of Melbourne CBD.
If we need to travel beyond 25km to provide therapy, we will discuss the fees associated with this at the time of your initial enquiry.
Do I need a referral?
No, you do not require a GP or Specialist referral in order to be seen by us, however, we will correspond with all of your relevant medical professionals during your care to ensure the most coordinated input possible.
